Ready-to-use lists are pre-compiled files organized by profession and country. You can download them immediately—it’s the fastest option. Custom searches, on the other hand, let you target a specific geographic area or combine multiple criteria. If you want all the plumbers in the 13th arrondissement, use a custom search. If you want every plumber in France, use the ready-made list.

The lists are periodically updated using Google Maps. They are not static files dating back to 2022. With each update, closed businesses are removed and new ones are added. The date of the last data extraction is indicated on each business listing.

It depends on the industry. Some sectors have a very high email reach rate—real estate agencies, for example, hover around 80%. Others, such as construction tradespeople, are harder to reach via email; expect a rate of around 30 to 40%. The exact number of verified email addresses is displayed on each listing before purchase, so there are no unpleasant surprises.

Excel or CSV—your choice. Inside, you’ll find the company name, full address, phone number, verified email address, website, and SIREN/SIRET number (when available). In short, everything you need to get started with your prospecting without having to process the file further.

In the pre-built lists, the data is organized by country. For more detailed targeting by county or city, you’ll need to use the custom search feature. Simply select your area on the map, and the tool will return only the businesses located within that area.

We’re all about transparency here. Each job listing clearly states exactly how many postal addresses, verified email addresses, and phone numbers the database contains.
